ReNerve Limited (ASX:RNV, “ReNerve” or “the Company”), an Australian biotechnology company developing
innovative products for peripheral nerve injury (“PNI”) repair, is pleased to present its Quarterly Report (“Report”)
for the period ended 30 September 2026 (“Q1 FY27”, or the “Quarter”), as well as a financial and corporate update
for the period.
ReNerve achieved record quarterly sales of $584k, delivering its strongest sales quarter to date, including the
Company’s first month of greater than $200,000 in sales. The quarter saw very strong sales increases compared to
both the corresponding quarter last year and the previous quarter. During the Quarter, the Company also expanded
its international commercial footprint, secured additional funding capacity and progressed collaborative research
initiatives. Cash at the end of the Quarter was approximately $1.62 million, following the initial drawdown under
the RiverFort funding facility during the period.
“ReNerve has had a very strong quarter which illustrates the benefit of having multiple product ranges in the
market. We are also seeing the impact of direct salespeople in the market and working with our 25 distributors
across the US as well as the marketing efforts in Asia. We aim to continue to build from these sales increases and
this will be aided by additional products coming to market,” said ReNerve CEO Dr Julian Chick.

Key milestones included marketing approval for the NervAlign® Nerve Cuff in Indonesia and completion of the first
NervAlign® cases in Hong Kong and Malaysia. These developments extended ReNerve’s regional presence and
demonstrated early clinical adoption in newly entered markets.
ReNerve also entered into a funding facility of up to $5 million with RiverFort, providing staged access to capital
over a three-year availability period to support commercialisation, working capital and general corporate purposes.
In addition, ReNerve is partnering with RMIT on a $499k Australian Government-funded project focused on using
a patient’s own blood to accelerate nerve regeneration following prostate surgery.
Commercial Updates
Asia-Pacific commercial expansion
During the Quarter, ReNerve advanced its Asia-Pacific commercialisation strategy through regulatory approval in
Indonesia and the first clinical use of NervAlign® products in Hong Kong and Malaysia.
In July, ReNerve received marketing approval for its NervAlign® Nerve Cuff in Indonesia. The approval added
Southeast Asia’s largest economy to ReNerve’s growing regional footprint and opened a pathway for the Company
to work with local partners to introduce the product to Indonesian clinicians and patients. Indonesia has a
population of more than 280 million and a significant clinical need for peripheral nerve repair solutions associated
with trauma-related injuries and diabetes.
In September, ReNerve announced the completion of the first NervAlign® Nerve Cuff cases in Hong Kong and
Malaysia. The procedures represented the first clinical use of the product in each market and followed the
Company’s earlier regulatory and distribution progress across the region.
ReNerve partners with RMIT on $499k nerve regeneration project
In September, ReNerve announced it was partnering with RMIT and Associate Professor Shadi Houshyar on a $499k
project funded by the Commonwealth of Australia through the Department of Education. The project, ‘Universal
Platform for Tissue Regeneration and Healing: Addressing Nerve Injury’, forms part of Australia’s Economic
Accelerator Ignite Round 2 under the AEA Launch Program.
The collaborative research project is focused on developing a gel using a patient’s own blood to accelerate nerve
regeneration following prostate surgery. The technology may also have broader application with nerve cuffs, wraps,
conduits and the Nerve Guide Matrix. The project remains at the research and development stage and there is no
assurance that it will achieve its intended objectives, obtain regulatory approvals or result in a commercial product.
Up to $5 million RiverFort funding facility secured
In July, ReNerve entered into a convertible note funding facility with RiverFort Global Opportunities PCC Ltd for up
to $5 million. The facility provides staged access to funding over a three-year availability period to support
commercialisation, working capital and general corporate purposes.
The initial drawdown had a face value of approximately $1.6 million and provided approximately $1.361 million in
net cash proceeds after the initial issue discount, drawdown fee and legal costs. The facility is secured by a first-
ranking security interest over the Company’s present and after-acquired property, including future R&D Tax
Incentive proceeds.

Financials
The Company continued to build its sales during the Quarter, achieving record sales of $584k, up from $211k in
the prior quarter and representing ReNerve’s strongest sales quarter to date. Cash receipts from customers
increased to $419k.
During the Quarter, the Company continued to progress its commercialisation and development activities.
Research and development expenditure decreased to $165k from $752k in the prior quarter, reflecting a lower
level of cash expenditure during the period. Product manufacturing and operating activities generated a net cash
inflow of $46k. Other operating expenditure remained broadly consistent with the prior quarter. Net cash used in
operating activities was approximately $1.11 million.
During the Quarter, the Company completed the initial $1.6 million drawdown under the previously announced
funding facility of up to $5.0 million. The facility provides additional flexibility to support commercialisation,
product expansion and market initiatives as ReNerve continues to scale its operations. Transaction costs associated
with the funding were $271k during the Quarter. The Company closed the Quarter with cash and cash equivalents
of approximately $1.62 million.
Corporate
As disclosed in Item 6.1 of the Appendix 4C, ReNerve made aggregate payments to related parties and their
associates totalling $199k during the Quarter. The payments consist of directors’ fees, salary and associated
payroll costs of non-executive and executive directors.
