Key Features
ReNerve’s “Align”
Clinical Study
Definitive clinical study on using NervAlign Nerve
Cuff for nerve repair
120 patients per cohort
Comparing standard of care vs treatment with
NervAlign Nerve Cuff
Clinical Use
• Hundreds of patients implanted to date
• Received positive feedback from surgeons stating it handles well,
is pliable and conforms and has resulted in strong patient
outcomes.
• Positive surgeon feedback when used with attachment methods
including sutures, glue, micro clips and ‘nothing’.
Product
• Bio-absorbed within 6-months.
• Produced using a non-toxic method.
• Terminally sterilised with no residual chemicals.
• Covered under procedural reimbursement rather than individual
product reimbursement.
• Promotes revascularisation and remodelling
• Semi-translucent
Patient Benefit
● Requires no change to surgical technique or procedures.
● Available in various sizes with ability to be trimmed to required
shape.
● Is pliable and conforms, semi-translucent and easy to use

The “Align” Study
Clinical Study on the NervAlign® Nerve Cuff
Undertaking a definitive study in nerve repair following surgical
neurolysis to show the benefit of protecting the nerve post nerve
repair surgery.
Study Design: Two patient cohorts
• Control Group: Standard neurectomy repair
• Test Group: Neurectomy repair with NervAlign Nerve Cuff
• Based on the study which showed clear benefit for using the NervAlign Nerve Cuff
Key Outcomes:
• Testing for significance in Pain Reduction:
‒ Secondary outcomes in patient recovery
‒ Product performance in surgery
• Patient follow up around 6 to 9 months
Data presentation
• Recruiting the final patients into the study
• Data accumulated along the way
• Data likely to be published and presented in late 2026/early 2027

ReNerve Company presentation | October 2026
Exploratory Enhancement of Nerve Growth
Collaboration with RMIT with
AEA grant funding
Partners include: Urologist and Colorectal Surgeon
• Evidence suggests PRPs can offer improvements as they contain growth
factors eg HGF and IGF-1 and cytokines essential for tissue repair and
regeneration.
• PRPs can promote SC proliferation, axonal sprouting, remyelination, and
alleviate neuropathic pain through modulation of inflammatory pathways
and pain signalling mechanisms
• Additionally, PRP can promote the production of structural / scaffold
molecules, including fibronectin, collagen, and hyaluronic acid.
● PRPs have been widely used “clinically” including as Injections
(e.g. in carpal tunnel – offers benefits over steroids) and
intraoperatively.
● Consistency in PRP is key - improve via prep. and
characterisation
Research Context Experimental Approach
Potential Regenerative Effects
• Isolated Platelet Rich Plasma will be added to nerve cuff (directly or via
hydrogel matrix)
• PRP Nerve Cuff wrapped around crushed/injured nerve, mimicking damaged
to the prostatic nerve plexus (primarily crush, stretch, heat)
• Exploring the repair and response to the damaged nerves

Exploratory Enhancement of Nerve Growth
Partnership with Vivazome
● Exosomes are membrane-bound vesicles released by cells including stem cells
● Exosomes carry reparative molecules (eg mRNA’s, growth factors)
● Exosomes impact behaviour of other cells, including having anti-fibrotic and
anti-inflammatory properties.
Research Context
Experimental Approach
ReNerve has a collaboration with Vivazome to determine whether the addition of
specific exosomes to nerve repair scaffolds will improve their efficacy.
Vivazome have developed purification processes for consistent exosome production.
Method: Load exosomes into cuff/ conduit. Collagen can bind particles, develop
loading and release
● Looking for improved and/or accelerated nerve repair and recovery
Exosomes
Value Drivers for
the next 12 to 36
Months
● No expansion of the Empliq
range required
● All R&D focused on nerve repair
products
● A full portfolio competes with
the USD$230M+ revenue a year
of AxoGen
Building out the
product portfolio
● Direct sales the most effective in
driving growth
● Direct sales are costly, requiring
balance between investment & growth
● Working with distributors to
expand market access
Building direct
sales
● ReNerve focusing on investigator
studies to reduce cost but still
produce outcomes and data
● Growing data around the benefit
of the ReNerve products
Build supporting data
and sales support
Two main drivers:
● Empliq – will drive rapid sales
growth
● New products to expand nerve
product sales ‘bundle’
Big jumps in sales
and revenue
2026 to 2029 all about new
products to market and
driving sales
